| Any parts that we replace will be retained for your inspection (please request before work commences), and you can choose to take these away with you, or we will dispose of them for you. This is your entitlement wherever you take your car (the parts are, after all, your property). Our policy is to give you, the customer who pays our wages, every confidence in the quality and necessity of all work that we do. |
